There are 4 executive Committee meetings per year
All start at 7.30pm and will be followed at 8.00pm by an informal volunteers meeting
– all will be held at suitable local hostelries!

Volunteers (Yes You!!)
In order to run a successful club we need Volunteers of all types, from Committee members, England hockey qualified coaches and umpires, first aiders, team managers, website co-ordinators, kit organisers, caterers, fund raisers, parent helpers and anyone willing to contribute their time and skills to the Club. For all of these we are eternally grateful- the Club would not exist but for the amount of hours our volunteers dedicate to it.
We are required by the terms of our ClubsFirst accreditation to formalise the structure of our Club and establish Codes of Conduct and Rules within which we all agree to operate and all of us must undergo checks within the current CRB system, via England hockey.

All training sessions run at the Club must have
- Qualified England hockey coach (Level 2 or new Level 1 childrens) who holds current first aid and child protection certificates.
- First aid kit must be pitchside.
- All sessions must have attendance register
- Venue specific Emergency Procedures policy (see above) and Emergency contact details for players must be available on site.
