Teamo is our club management system which provides us with our own club app and GDPR compliant communications system.
We use it to keep members up to date with everything that is happening in the club, confirm match availability and match selection.
Join Teamo to register and join the club by clicking here, and get the app.

Our fees remain unchanged for the 2025/26 season (see below) and, compared to other clubs in our leagues, represent excellent value for money.
Match fees remain unchanged at £5 per game but will now be taken via Teamo.
The club is run entirely by volunteers, and rising equipment costs, lighting costs and pitch fees are putting pressure on club finances, meaning that prompt payment of membership fees is important.
Membership fees can be paid via Teamo (our preferred option) but we can also accepted direct transfer via BACS.
If paying via BACS please email our Treasurer for details using the Contact Us page.
Queries: Contact our Treasurer (Joe Hacker) using the contact form.

In 2024 the club invested in a new match kit.
Your match shirt, and number, will be allocated at the beginning of the season and the shirt is then your responsibility.
If you lose it you will need to pay £25 to replace it.
Senior members regularly representing the club in league matches and England Hockey competitions can use the new kit outlined above, however players will need to purchase KLHC socks (£9) via our Kit & Equipment Coordinator.
Players also need to wear black shorts/skirts or equivalent.
Members are not required to wear specific KLHC training kit for training sessions – any sports kit can be worn.
Black cool t-shirts, shorts/skorts and KLHC socks should be worn. Socks can be purchased via our Kit & Equipment Coordinator.
Members are not required to wear specific KLHC training kit for training sessions; any sports kit can be worn.
If you have any unused/old sticks or (cleaned) shin pads not being used, feel free to donate them to the club - we can provide them to new people interested in playing.
All Rounder is a supplier that has sold KLHC branded kit for some time and they can still supply a range of hoodies, t-shirts and more.
